 Ordering business cards seems to take up more time than any other form of print buying. 

Well rest easy, times have changed. Professional Print Management’s On-Line Ordering System is here. Ordering a business card has just entered the internet age!

How does it work?: 

Your business card shell is printed and held in stock for overprinting as required. Your company logo and any other non-variable information is pre-printed on the shell. This ensures that your corporate identity is maintained and corporate colours are consistent for all cards. We place great emphasis on complying with the elements of your corporate style.

An image of your card is placed on our web site.

When a card needs to be ordered your operator simply logs on to our site, follows the links to our ordering page and enters a password. An image of your card is on the screen with fields that need to be filled in for the variable data that is required (name, title, mobile, etc.)

After the data is entered it is displayed in position on the card on the screen. The operator checks all the details, approves the copy for printing and transmits it to our office for overprinting.

Catalogue Ordering:

  On-Line ordering is not restricted to business cards. Any product held in stock for you can be shipped using our on-line ordering system. A catalogue of the forms available can be displayed. The ordering branch simply logs on to our site, chooses the item required and submits that request to us for despatch.
